These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Cutica products and services—including our iOS mobile application—offered by Rabid Fish Labs, LLC ("Cutica," "company," "we," "us," or "our").

1.1 By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 We may modify these Terms at any time; changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use signifies acceptance.
1.3 If any part of these Terms is unacceptable to you, discontinue use of the Services and/or cancel your account.
1.4 We may suspend or terminate any aspect of the Services, including your access, for violation of these Terms.
1.5 Rabid Fish Labs may revise these Terms periodically; review them regularly.
2.1 All content is for your personal, non-commercial use. Material is protected by copyright and owned by Rabid Fish Labs, LLC.
2.2 You may download or copy content for personal use only, retaining all copyright notices. Any other use requires prior written consent.
3.1 You may not use the Services to violate laws, infringe intellectual-property rights, harm us or others, or attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Services.
4.1 Cutica processes payments through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID payment method.
4.2 Apple handles all payment processing, billing, and subscription management.
4.3 All purchases are subject to Apple's Terms of Service and payment policies.
5.1 All sales are final.
5.2 We may introduce or change fees; we will obtain your agreement before charging for formerly free portions. Taxes are your responsibility.
5.3 Prices may change at any time; no price protection or refunds for promotional discounts.
6.1 Cutica may offer subscription-based premium features through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew according to Apple's policies. You may cancel through your Apple ID account settings; partial periods follow Apple's refund policy.
7.1 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing may result in suspension.
7.2 Notify [email protected] of any unauthorized use, loss, or breach.
7.3 You consent to receive notices electronically at the e-mail provided and can store such communications.
