These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of GLOWSNAP products and services—including our mobile/desktop applications—offered by Rabid Fish Labs, LLC (“GLOWSNAP,” “company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using any GLOWSNAP product or service (“Services”).

1.1 By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 We may modify these Terms at any time; changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use signifies acceptance.
1.3 If any part of these Terms is unacceptable to you, discontinue use of the Services and/or cancel your account.
1.4 We may suspend or terminate any aspect of the Services, including your access, for violation of these Terms.
1.5 Rabid Fish Labs may revise these Terms periodically; review them regularly.
2.1 All content is for your personal, non-commercial use. Material is protected by copyright and owned by Rabid Fish Labs, LLC.
2.2 You may download or copy content for personal use only, retaining all copyright notices. Any other use requires prior written consent.
3.1 You may not use the Services to violate laws, infringe intellectual-property rights, harm us or others, or attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Services.
4.1 GLOWSNAP accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe.
4.2 Stripe may pre-authorize your card up to the order amount.
4.3 Your card is charged at purchase (digital goods) or shipment (physical goods, if any).
5.1 All sales are final.
5.2 We may introduce or change fees; we will obtain your agreement before charging for formerly free portions. Taxes are your responsibility.
5.3 Prices may change at any time; no price protection or refunds for promotional discounts.
6.1 Monthly, weekly or annual subscriptions auto-renew on the original charge date. You may cancel anytime; partial periods are non-refundable.
7.1 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing may result in suspension.
7.2 Notify [email protected] of any unauthorized use, loss, or breach.
7.3 You consent to receive notices electronically at the e-mail provided and can store such communications.
